Amanda joined the BVRLA in July 2002 and is currently Director of Member Engagement. In this role, she is responsible for strengthening relationships with existing members, ensuring their needs are understood and reflected across the association’s activities. Her remit also includes oversight of fleet services and supporting members on operational matters relating to the DVLA, DVSA, and road traffic offences. Amanda plays a key role in bringing members closer to the association’s work through events, forums, and ongoing communication.

Throughout her career at the BVRLA, she has held senior roles including Operations Manager and Legal and Policy Executive, leading teams and driving key initiatives like the abolition of the road tax disc. Her work consistently reflects a commitment to member support, legislative reform, and operational improvement.
